These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions under which the simple company Yugen (hereinafter the "Publisher") makes the agency's website available to its users, and the way in which users access this site and use its services.

The site is intended to evolve. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, add, or remove sections at any time, notably the future integration of a topical blog or a portfolio showcasing the agency's work. These Terms will automatically apply to such new content as soon as it goes live.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the courts and tribunals of the judicial district of Brussels, which shall have sole jurisdiction, notwithstanding a plurality of defendants or third-party proceedings.
